Job description
Head Office Receptionist needed for large organisation in Te Puke.
Full-time hours: Monday to Friday / 8am to 5pm
Your day to day tasks will include:
* Greet and manage visitors’ arrival and staff in a welcoming and professional manner.
* Ensure all visitors are aware of health and safety requirements on site and are signed in using the electronic visitor management system.
* Ensure the cleaner’s communication booklet is maintained and any issues documented.
* Administration support to management using in-house system.
* Manage stationary supplies and complete orders as required.
* Mange the ordering and purchase of all corporate clothing in accordance with company policy.
* Complete head office bulk mail outs and support the H&S and Finance functions as required from time to time.
* Assist with recruitment administration support and screening of seasonal job applications.
The successful candidate will:
* Have held a similar position within the past 12 months
* Have a good level of computer literacy
* Be able to confidently meet and greet people
* Be reliable and use initiative to problem solve
* Pass a pre employment drug test
* Have a fun, friendly and welcoming personality
