Job description

You must have a professional appearance and keep the reception area tidy. This will include basic cleaning such as wiping the main desk and coffee table, keeping fresh flowers in the vases, and tidying any loose paperwork etc.

You will be responsible for managing the reception desk including face-to-face, email and phone inquiries. You will be responsible for greeting guests, ensuring they sign in and managing the appointment calendar. You must also be happy to provide basic administration support to the operations team including data entry, filing etc.

This will be Monday to Friday approximately 8am to 5pm.

To be successful in this role you must:

* Have a professional appearance
* Have a warm and engaging personality
* Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite
* Have a clean MOJ check
* 2 x great work-related references
* Your own reliable transport
* Pass a pre-employment drug test
