Job description

Our client is in the civil industry and looking for someone with good office skills in a temp assignment as Reception/Administrator. This company is based 15 minutes drive north of Albany.

Start date is Monday 29/4/19. Assignment may be up to 4 weeks - please be flexible as it may extend past this time period. Working Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm and it is offering a great hourly rate!!

Duties:

  • Answering phones
  • General reception duties
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Ordering stationery
  • Data entry - systems used JDE, Excel and Sharepoint

    Role requirements:

    • Ideally have experience in JDE system.
    • At least an intermediate level of Excel.
    • Sharepoint - our client will provide training
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Reliable transport
    • A good eye for detail for figures
    • Good data entry ability
