My client is a prominent government agency who is looking for a new receptionist to join their hard-working front facing team.

This is an incredibly busy reception role where no two days are the same. Having a smooth and efficient reception is key for the experience of those visiting any company or agency. You will be a part of a team of five with a rotation system in place where you will get great experience in multiple different areas.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Adaptability – the front desk is constantly busy with a plethora of requests
  • Strong decision making
  • The ability to pick up new systems and be tech savvy
  • High levels of resilience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • The ability to communicate clearly and strongly
  • Experience with facilities and or Lotus Notes will be beneficial
