My client is looking for a full-time receptionist to join their team in a New Zealand famous company. No two days will be the same in this role as you will be dealing with varied clients both on reception and on the phone. You will be the first point of contact for customers and clients preparing or finalising various sales, so some experience with accounts, cashing up and banking is required.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A high level of maturity
  • To be trustworthy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically excel
  • Some experience with InDesign would be beneficial
  • The ability to handle a variety of customers and clients
  • Experience in basic office management
  • Experience with basic accounting
