Job description

  • Corporate Receptionist – Temporary Assignment
  • Mix of frontline reception and administration support
  • Private sector organisation
  • Commencing 29 April to 14 July 2019
  • $25 per hour

This Corporate Receptionist temporary role has a mix of responsibilities including front of house reception, administration support and basic finance functions. Your day will be filled with variety, you will have the chance to showcase your strong customer service and exceptional communication skills along with your positive, flexible attitude.

Key tasks include:

  • Frontline reception, meeting and greeting visitors, handling enquiries
  • Assisting with organising events and catering
  • Ordering supplies
  • Meeting room bookings and set up
  • Basic financial processing and data entry
  • Assist with general admin requests

To jump into this temp role you will need the following attributes and skills:

  • Proven experience in a frontline reception/administration role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of  Microsoft Office including Outlook and Word
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude
  • High level of corporate presentation with a professional, diligent attitude
