I’m looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join this busy but fun organisation in a permanent capacity

The successful candidate will:  

  • Ideally have previous reception or administration experience
  • Be able to act confidentially and discreetly
  • Meet and greet all visitors, and settle them in appropriate meeting rooms
  • Be extremely organised – there is lots going on which requires forward planning
  • Set up meeting rooms for functions and pack down
  • Have strong communication skills – you will be liaising with a variety of people
  • Have a high level of initiative with an awesome attitude
  • Be immaculately presented and polished as you will be the face of the business
