Job description

You will work in a friendly large team and have a number of new opportunities available due to continued growth of the business.
The hours are 8.30 till 5pm Monday to Friday.

Must be drug free, clean criminal convictions, be eligible to work in NZ and be well presented, this is an office-based environment – not retail

You will have a happy personality with clear communication, as you are the first point of contact with our loyal customers.

Main duties included:
* Answering phone
* Scanning documents
* Greeting customers as they arrive at office
* General office admin duties – computer work on word and inhouse system ( training provided )
* Data entry
* Answering and transferring calls
