Administrator/Receptionist

We are looking for a flexible individual with an Administrative background, someone that learn new systems quickly and adapt to a small team.

Primary duties would include:

  • Meet & Greet of all customers
  • Professional, interactive communication both verbal and written
    • Data Entry
      • Answering and accurate directing of phone calls
        • Stationery orders
          • Issuing Parking Permits and eftpos transactions

            You will need to be organised, able to commit to a Temporary assignment, and thrive independently. This role requires patience and a friendly face to the business.
