Job description

This is a temporary role starting immediately based in Palmerston North to assist with the end of the financial year. Having a good all-round understanding of office procedure is a fundamental requirement as is having very good customer appreciation skills. The role will consist of a number of daily tasks which include but are not limited to;

  • Reception duties - phones, customer enquiries, staff enquiries
  • Data Entry - purchasing information, time-sheets
  • Filing and maintaining of files
  • General Administrative duties

    We need someone who is computer savvy and has a good understanding of Microsoft word, Excel and outlook. You will need to ensure the office is kept clean and tidy and will participate in meetings if required and other normal office duties not listed here. The role is deemed to be for early intermediate experience and will be ongoing until June 2019. Hours of work will be 9.00am - 3.00pm.
