TEMPORARY ADMIN ROLE

IMMEDIATE START

SOUTH TARANAKI

We have great an administration opportunity in the Oil and Gas sector for a reception/jack of all admin trades person starting next week.

The successful applicant will be:

A dreamboat first point of contact for Clients and Visitors.

Happy in the eating the frog type tasks that come with general admin.

Be a top-notch driver - you will be going on and offsite each day AND I would say driving to and from work.

Have an excellent approach towards health and safety.

High levels of attention to detail.

Solid typing and Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Make each task seem effortless.

The person I am seeking will have a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

You will build rapport easily and be a great communicator.

You must be able to fit into the team environment and work will all types of personalities.

You will be well organised.

Stay calm and professional under pressure.

You must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

Have full clean New Zealand Drivers Licence.
