Our client is a highly regarded, well-established company within Bay of Plenty and they are looking for a bright, vibrant and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their busy team.
You will be responsible for delivering professional, friendly, customer service and broad-based administration support.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
* Receiving internal and external telephone calls
* Greeting and assisting visitors
* Making coffee/tea for meetings
* Filing of documents
* Data entry of timesheets
* General administration duties
To be successful you will have the following:
* Professional presentation
* Excellent phone manner
* Well-developed communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of people
* Strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS Word/Excel with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
