Our Client is newly established division of a well-known family owned business. They currently hold 12 Ready Mix concrete plants in the lower North Island and upper South Island and 5 quarries which span the Manawatu, Tararua, and Southern Hawkes Bay regions.

The role:

Our Client is looking for a Front end loader and Excavator operator with a wealth of experience in the operating field to join their team. You will be have Wheels, Tracks and Rollers endorsements, 1, 2 or 4 Full licenses and ready to get your hands dirty. This is a Quarry environment so experience in this industry is preferred but not essential. 1, 2 or 4 Full licenses and

Duties and responsibilities may include the following:

• Operating Operating Mobile plant and vehicle in the Quarry
• Loading and transporting stone chips
• Using an excavator for manual Earthworks

    Days & Hours:

    You can expect to work about 45 hours+ per week Monday - Friday with some Saturdays required

    You will need to pass the following pre-employment screening:

    • Ministry of Justice background check (some driving charges may be accepted)
    • ACC history check
    • Driver licence (minimum full) and own reliable transport
