Responsibilities:

Measuring/Quantity take-offs.
Preparing schedules of quantities.
Preparation and submission of tenders.

Cost Management

Engaging Subcontractors and Suppliers.

Preparing and submitting progress claims, variations and payment schedules.
Servicing of projects.

Skills and experience required for the role:

Three years plus proven NZ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Construction

Excellent knowledge of NZS: 3910

A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying.

Previous NZ experience as a QS in Landscaping within Construction.

An excellent communicator, verbal and written.

Cost Management.

Leadership skills to mentor team members
