Your Responsibilities would include:

* Preparing tender and contract documents
* Preparing cost estimates including take-offs and bills of quantities
* Negotiating with principals, professional advisors and contractors
* Project cost control, reporting and contract management
* Coordinating with project managers and site supervisors to meet project targets
* Maintaining a high standard of written communication at all times

The successful candidate will:

* Produce consistently accurate work
* Have experience in estimating and contract management
* Hold a quantity surveying qualification or similar
* Have excellent commercial judgement
* Be an excellent communicator
* Be motivated with a great attitude
* Be honest and professional
* Demonstrate commitment to safe work practices
