Simôn Construction is currently looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor, with 3 years plus experience to join their team. Your work history will reflect a proven track record in delivery of successful projects of varying sizes.

With support from the Management Team your role will involve take offs, pricing and estimating, tenders, negotiations, payment claims, procurement, cost tracking and variations.

The successful candidate will have a:

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Local knowledge of building and construction
• Can do attitude with leadership qualities
• Collaborative team approach
