Your role:

• Undertake Medical and Industrial [Including Food] product testing
• Manage laboratory consumables
• Analyse and report on Bulk and Packaged Medical product
• Analyse food grade product
• Analyse industrial gases
• Calibrate gas analysis equipment
• Participate in review of Food Safety Plans and Risk Management activities across Food Safety Controlled Processes
• Participate in Food Safety specific projects
• Participate in FSSC Audits
• Provide CoC or COA as required, based on in process analysis or specific product testing
• Participate in GMP and ISO 9001 Audits
• Collaborate with the HSEQ Manager and contribute to other projects and tasks relating to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality

  The successful candidate will be provided with on-going training, both through e-learning and internally within the lab.
  
  The ideal candidate:
  

  • Degree qualified in Science or Engineering
  • Current valid Drivers License
  • Able to build strategic working relationships
  • Strong planning, controlling and organising skills
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
  • Excellent judgement and decision making under pressure
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to participate as part of a team based environment
