Quality Assurance/Line Technician
- Ruakaka Location
- $22 - $24 per hour depending on experience
- Immediate start available
Short Description
This position is for the role of a Line Technician based within a Ruakaka Wood Processing Plant.
Well established company in the Manufacturing industry is looking for a person with the following skills and attributes:
- Team player who enjoys working with others to achieve a quality outcome
- Experience with Quality testing, Laboratory work and data entry skills
- Eye for detail and comfortable working with numbers
- Practically minded and able to identify problems and ask questions
Key Responsibilities:
- Being the customer's representative on site
- Spot audits of all processes to make sure client processes are in control
- Testing the final product strength of products and ensuring that they comply with the required standards
- Ensuring that key equipment is calibrated to ensure processes are under control
- Providing advice to the operational teams when things aren't meeting standards and helping them get back to where they should be
Fulltime hours Monday to Friday but you must be flexible with work hours and shifts. Immediate start for the right person. This role is based in Ruakaka and you must have your own reliable transport. Pre-employment drug screening and vetting checks apply.
