We have a great opportunity for someone who is a Qualified Miller to join a national company based in Seaview.

The purpose of the role is to ensure all wheat transfer operations and the milling operation functions are carried out to meet the production and customer demands. We need someone who also will monitor the wheat transfers and conditioning process which gives excellent perform and and meets productivity standards and ensures continuous efficiency of the milling process.

Key skills include:

• Transfer of wheat correctly
• Condition wheat to optimal moisture level
• Monitor wheat moisture levels
• Support shift millers
• Maintain quality & food safety
• Effective communication within the team
• Health & Safety
• Investigate, respond and follow up with customers
• Any issues immediately investigated
