About the Role:

Seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Specialist to join a Product Company focused on enhancing Capability Assessments. You will have exceptional communication skills, have sound academic knowledge of a range of technologies including MySQL and Testing. You will be professional, presentable and customer facing. You must have demonstrated experience in face to face customer service (technical is ideal). You will have sound knowledge of software testing (theoretical is acceptable) and must be hungry to learn!

Skills Required:

  • 0-2 years experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ambitious and goal oriented
  • Demonstrated experience in client/customer support
  • Exposure to software testing (manual/automation)
