If you can drive a lease document and understand the documentation and processes involved with leased premises – read on. 

This is a new position, created to assist both the legal team and facilities manager with responsibility for a variety of lease management, projects and financial responsibilities.  There’s heaps of variety and although you will be based in Central Auckland there is some travel around New Zealand involved while managing the leases, fit outs and relocation of offices.

We are looking for someone with practical and relevant work experience in a property management role, good negotiation skills and a sound technical knowledge of Commercial leasing and property management.  Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and great written and verbal communication skills will be required.
