In this role you will be reporting directly to the Australian based National Property Manager, with responsibility for a variety of lease management, projects and financial responsibilities including:-

• managing leases – negotiation, reviews and variation negotiations
• managing sub-tenant relationships
• preparing budgets and approval of accounts
