We are seeking an experienced Individual within the property leasing space who can hit the ground running.
This key individual will be the liaison between prospective and current property owners. Your previous commercial property management experience coupled with your commercial property law knowledge will set you apart from the rest.
In this diverse but fast paced role you will be responsible for a variety of lease management, projects and financial responsibilities including: -
· managing leases – negotiation, reviews and variation negotiations
· managing sub-tenant relationships
· preparing budgets and approval of accounts
Ideally degree qualified, your business savvy and street smarts will be backed by strong experience and credibility in property management. An established people manager and exceptional communicator, your understanding of building management techniques and systems will be matched by your interest in sustainability, international best practice and the desire to bring innovation to the table.
