We are seeking an experienced Individual within the property leasing space who can hit the ground running.
This key individual will be the liaison between prospective and current property owners, the key link between private owners and the business. Your knowledge in commercial property law would be the piece that would set you apart from the rest. We are looking for a high performer, with previous commercial property management experience.
In this diverse but fast paced role you will be responsibile for a variety of lease management projects and financial responsibilities including:
· managing leases - negotiation, reviews and variation negotiations
· managing sub-tenant relationships
· preparing budgets and approval of accounts
