This role will be responsible for selling the company mentoring program and promoting the company property, enabling clients to achieve their personal and financial goals through property investment. Join a close-knit team who live and breathe property!

The primary duties of the role will include but not be limited to:

  • All data regarding clients and property deals must be entered into Sales Force
  • Pipeline management 
  • Work in collaboration with the team to get deals over the line and assist clients in achieving their goals 
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of relevant real estate legislations
  • Attending all company training and staff events
  • Customer follow-up according to company guidelines
  • Presenting at Seminars, workshops and events
  • Booking appointments with prospective clients
  • Carry out all responsibilities for successfully guiding a client through residential property purchases
  • Coaching and educating clients through financial activities
  • First point of call for all client communication

To be successful, we are actively seeking someone with:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A tertiary degree in business or a related filed
  • Strong business acumen and experience
  • Proven sales experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong time management and leadership skills
  • A team player who genuinely cares for others
  • Honestly and integrity
  • A love of property and investment
