Job description

We are looking for Property Assistant to join my clients National team.

The purpose of this role is to administer key aspects of the property portfolio, data management, compliance management and engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.  We are looking for a BCom Property graduate.

You will have some experience in facilities/property management, including what is requried to manage this property portfolio from an administrative and financial perspective.  You will need to have good time management, communication and organisation skills.   You will need to be comfortable working autonomously as well as collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity to learn property managment within a large organisation.

Duties include:

  • The updating of property databases
  • Branch visits and sections
  • Organising repairs and maintenance items and ensuring contactor H&S compliance
  • Managing key lease dates
  • Keeping our branch operation licences current

Key skills required:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Sound microsoft office skills
  • Understanding of property
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence
