Project/Operations Manager 5-month FTC

Medical and Nursing

Job description

This leading New Zealand Health organisation requires an individual who relishes a challenge and will bring with them vast project management experience and exposure to operations or facilities functions.

The scope of the role is to oversee and manage operational activities, keep up to date with current compliance and legislation, engage with internal and external stakeholders and implement efficient process improvement.

This is not a Monday to Friday role – you will be required to work weekends and may be on call outside your set business hours. This role will see you working through your paces and thinking on your feet. Demonstrating a supportive and collaborative attitude is a must!

We are looking for someone who is a capable communicator and problem solver who will enjoy both the leadership component of this role and turning your hand to analysis; bringing a ‘results focused’ approach to the team. Ideally a previous Operations/Project Manager and being familiar with the public sector environment would be a bonus.

This role is full-time and will be on a Fixed Term Contract which will see you through until December 2020.

On offer is the opportunity to be a part of a really special project that makes a difference, a challenging role that will be a defining point in your career and a competitive salary of around $110k (pro rata).

If you get a kick out of making a tangible difference to the efficiency and productivity of a business and match the above criteria – please apply with your most updated resume now!

Please be aware we are receiving a high-volume number of applications and will be working our way through them in a timely manner.
