Job description
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who enjoys working on transitioning projects. This project will require someone to support on a Building Project that is transitioning to a rented building.
As a confident experienced Project Coordinator with great time management you will hit the ground running.
This is a pivotal role within the organisation. You will provide a wide range of administrative support functions each day.
We need someone who is well skilled and able to work to multi-task. There is a lot to be done in a short amount of time.
Ideally we are looking for someone to gain traction quickly. You will be experienced in;
- Project Co-ordination
- Finalising contracts
- Signage
- Familiar with tenancy, cleaning/gardening agreements (preferable)
- Able to create and work under SOP's
- Manage a large number of micro tasks
To be successful in the role you will bring;

- Good Microsoft Suite skills, particularly Excel
- Articulate and a good communicator
- Able to work positively with Contractors, Stake Holders & Team
