Job description

Our client is in need of a Project Resource Planner to start ASAP. Ideally this is a 30 hours a week role and you would be working along side the Director of ICT Business Partnerships.

About the role:

  • Updating the PPM tool with new initiatives and resource
  • Managing the pipeline of initiatives and providing new work requirements to the portfolio governance group (I chair this
  • Weekly resource capacity report for prioritisation (PPM Tool
  • Month end resource charge back report for finance (working with the PM’s)

About you:

  • A Project Manager or Project co-ordinator who has technology project experience in resource estimations, planning and scheduling
  • Financial acumen for resource estimation costings
  • Can start immediately and has a full understanding of project end to end delivery
  • Ability to think on ypour feet adapt quickly to our processes (some are still in development)
  • Self managing
  • Abilty to communicate at all levels
