- Project Planner
About the role
This role will have you working as a core member of a team to get involved in assist project planning of multiple (at least 5-6) big projects at a time. You will be delivering updates for governance meetings, coordination sub-project activities and following up on the outstanding actions. Closely working with Project Managers to make sure that compliance is followed, building strong relationships across the PMO and helping make sure that projects are inline with the Program Execution Plan.
You will need:
- Strong admin skills
- Experience on dependency management
- Project planning L1/2/3
- Smart with tools
- Managing block plans & detailed work stream plans
- Reporting and analysis of costs
- Project reporting
- Risk and Issue register maintenance and resolution / reporting
