Your skills and experience to make this role your own:
- A New Zealand trade certified carpentry background or tertiary Construction qualification.
- 10 years NZ Project management experience with NZ main contractors.
- Ideally Project Management experience with Retirement Village projects.
- Stable work history, excellent communication skills.
- IT skills commensurate with the role.
- A real problem solver with logistical challenges.
- A leader with strong interpersonal skills, to drive the programme.
- Advanced and building and sequencing methodology knowledge.
