    Your skills and experience to make this role your own:

    • A New Zealand trade certified carpentry background or tertiary Construction qualification.
    • 10 years NZ Project management experience with NZ main contractors.
    • Ideally Project Management experience with Retirement Village projects.
    • Stable work history, excellent communication skills.
    • IT skills commensurate with the role.
    • A real problem solver with logistical challenges.
    • A leader with strong interpersonal skills, to drive the programme.
    • Advanced and building and sequencing methodology knowledge.
