      Your skills and experience to make this role your own:

      • A New Zealand trade certified carpentry background or tertiary Construction qualification.
      • A proven multi tasker, to run several projects up to $8m, staff and resources.
      • 5 years minimum, NZ Project management experience with tier 2 main contractors.
      • Stable work history, excellent communication skills.
      • IT skills commensurate with the role.
      • A real problem solver with logistical challenges.
      • A leader with strong interpersonal skills, to drive projects profitably to a high standard.
      • Advanced and building and sequencing methodology knowledge.
