      Reporting to the Owner /Construction Manager, core responsibilities are:

      • Programming
      • Overall control of project delivery on time, budget ,and quality
      • Health and Safety
      • Variations
      • Organisation of site , staff, resources and materials
      • Client and stakeholder liaison

        Skill set and experience required to be successful in this Project Manager role:

        • Ideally 7 years NZ experience as a Project Manager successfully delivering Subdivisions,Earthworks,

          Drainage and Civil Works projects including Residential roading and pavement construction.

          • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
          • A motivated individual, driven,multi tasking skills, with a hands on/lead from the front management style.
          • Tertiary qualifications, although relevant experience is the key thing.
          • Proficient with IT and programming.
          • Stable work history with small to medium level Auckland Infrastructure main contractors.
