Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure- Tauranga

Our client maximises their expertise in the field of civil construction and engineering work for the benefit of their customers. They have a wide range of services in civil engineering that includes:

Drainage, Water and Stormwater

Subdivision development

Earthworks,

Roading,

Excavation,

Bobcat and truck hire

They have the experience, knowledge, technical expertise, manpower and the equipment to manage projects the right way!

About the role:

Duties will include;

  • Pricing and tendering
  • Planning programmes of work
  • Client liaison
  • All Health and Safety documentation and site auditing
  • Quality documentation collation and completion
  • Managing financials for the projects and maintaining budgets
  • Monthly Forecasting
  • Identification, collation and submission of variations
  • Management of multi skilled project teams

    About you

    Proven skills and experience to be successful in this career defining role:

    • You will be an experienced Project Manager ready to take the next step in your career or a Project Manager who is after a new challenge.
    • As one of the successful candidates, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years NZ experience successfully project managing infrastructure projects
    • Experience managing project financials that range in size and value.
    • You will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills as the roles is client facing.
    • Tertiary qualified with a Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma.
    • Be organised and a self-starter
    • Tenacious,ambitious,a problem solver
