  Your skills and experience to make this role your own:

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • A tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering.
  • Strong trade background.
  • Key relationships with the best subcontractors in Wellington.
  • 10 years NZ experience with main contractors, 5 years as a Project Manager.
  • Successful track record of delivering $20m plus projects, Apartments and the general Commercial sector.
  • Stable work history, excellent communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to Health and Safety.
  • IT/Programming skills commensurate with the role.
  • A real problem solver with logistical challenges.
  • Client and stakeholder engagement.
  • A leader with strong interpersonal skills, working with autonomy, also effective in a team environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of building and sequencing methodology.
  • Design and Build Experience.
  • Good knowledge base regarding NZ construction law and general conditions of contract.
