About the Role

Dealing with either multiple products or very complex ones, along with projects and other solutions, you will be accountable for leading, coaching and making sure that the team is supported and enabled to deliver. Developing your approach with both waterfall and agile practices in order to provide the best solutions.

You will have proven project management experience, the ability to deal with and deliver complex, large scale, high risk or strategic outcomes within large scaled enterprise organisations.  

Skills required:

• Experienced Senior Project Manager
• Deliver complex digital products, solutions or projects
• Understand skill needs and feed these into the products, solutions or projects to enable resource to be appropriately allocated
• Communication and Engagement across the organisation
• Breaking down barriers and removing roadblocks
• Collaborating with Product and Technology leadership and line managers to drive relentless improvement, cost optimisation and productisation of capability
