Job description

I am urgently seeking a Senior Project Manager for an ASAP start on a 10 month contract through to April 2020 with a government client. This person will oversee the move of contact centre services. This project will move the telephony and email management platform to a vendor cloud based solution and manage the integration of this new system.

To be successful for this role you will require the following skills and experience:

  • A proven track record in successfully delivering complex merge / acquisition / transition projects with multiple workstreams at a Senior level
  • Thrives in a dynamic & complex environment - can orchestrate multiple teams to achieve their outcomes has a steady, calm demeanour which inspires confidence among Executive level stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Genesys telephony or contact centre migrations would be advantageous
