With this progress, an exciting new role for a Project Manager with 2+ years relevant civil industry experience has become available. This role is based in Tauranga.

The role:

This exciting opportunity will have you working closely with engineers and supervisors teams as they work through various developments to ensure the projects progress in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Senior Project Manager
• Focus is on QA - ensuring ITP is adhered to
• Day to day budgeting and procurement
• Health and safety - leading by example
• Champion the key values of the company
• Ensuring stakeholder relationships are enhanced

  The role is 90% office based with some site work

  Essential experience

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Enthusiastic and proactive person with the ability to work in a varied team environment
  • Proven knowledge in the development of project management processes
  • Demonstrated success in working with teams to encourage their full potential
  • Project budgeting experience
  • Desire to mentor and assist in the development of the team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
