About the role
This large New Zealand employer is seeking an experienced Project Manager, with an emphasis on software and application delivery, to join their team. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will manage a range of complex and highly visible projects in accordance with the organisation’s project delivery methodology and governance, financial and procurement frameworks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning & Design
• Business Cases
• Project Execution
• Vendor Management
• Monitoring & Risk
• Post-Implementation Reviews
• Budget Management
• Relationship Management
• Compliance
• Service Improvement
• Application Management

Skills & experience required:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a IS / IT project delivery role
• Experience managing multiple complex projects
• Tertiary qualification in Information management, Computer Sciences, or similar
• Project Management qualifications, such PRINCE2 or PMI
• Agile project management
• Application project delivery experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• High focus on customer service and user requirements
