We have recently taken on a unique opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to manage client portfolios of change and leadership within the Programme Office of one of the most recognisable organisations in New Zealand. The data collected by this company is viewed and analysed by the New Zealand public daily with this role acting as a key part in the strategic future of the business.

As a Senior Project Manager within the organisation, you will be the glue which holds the Business and Information Technology stakeholders together influencing positive future change. You will provide strategic advice regarding services and solutions playing an active part in the annual business planning and strategic planning processes. You will manage assigned projects, ensuring approved budget, time and quality requirements are regularly met and reported on, with the required business visibility and communication channels in place.

Some of the key requirements for you to grow and succeed in this role include:

  • Extensive experience in Project Management using leading methodologies and processes
  • Proven experience working with non-IT business users and other IT Project Managers
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a client portfolio of change
  • Strong delivery with a hands on approach
  • Experience using Microsoft NAV and Microsoft Teams is desirable
