Project Engineer
Our client is an Auckland based civil engineering construction company specialising in infrastructure, drainage, pipe jacking, tunnelling, sheetpiling and shaft construction.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise subcontractors to deliver outcomes on time ,within budget.
- HSQE
- Manage and compile QA packs
- Prepare methodologies (Work Instructions)
- Support foreman with the completion of paperwork
- Work with the Foreman to organise materials and equipment for the project (exact roles are going to depend on the foreman)
- Planning of the works with the site team
- Liaise with client; site meetings, reports etc
- Liaise with senior management (including PM, directors, construction manager)
- Liaise with stakeholders ie AT, residents, Council etc
To be considered for this amazing role you will have the following:
- 5 years NZ Infrastructure project experience as an Engineer with drainage, pipe jacking, tunnelling, sheetpiling and shaft construction.
- An appropriate Diploma or Degree qualification in Civil Engineering
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and IT.
- Drive, ambition and integrity.
- An ability to deliver outcomes on time and budget under pressure
- Effectively lead and supervise subcontractors
