Due to the continued successes and growth of this locally owned and operated mechanical engineering firm we are on the hunt for an experience mechanical project engineer.

This client, a sought after provider of processing, fixed plant and bulk handling equipment to a range of primary industries is growing steadily year on year.

2021 has brought a variety of new and exciting projects predominantly within fixed plant energy centres and solid wood processing, on-board with a significant pipeline of work still to come. Adding a strong Project Engineer and a Project Manager into there already very seasoned team is pivotal to these on boarding projects.

You will:

* Have a minimum of 3 years exp as a Project Engineer( or Project Manager)
* Have an excellent mechanical aptitude holding an engineering qualification
* You will be an upbeat, positive person by nature with excellent interpersonal skills
* Have sound commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
* Experience in Bulk Handling, Industrial Transportation, Conveyor systems, Industrial Processing or Heavy Industrial manufacturing would be an advantage
* You thrive in a busy environment and enjoy building strong relationships with your clients
* A great sense of humour and desire to take ownership is pivotal for this role!
