This is a business that is in sound financial shape, they pride themselves on shaping a down to earth team culture with a complete solutions driven client ethic. Despite reduced work with other contractors, this company are recruiting the best in talent. This is a significant retail project with a leading property retail developer.

We are looking for a skilled construction professional Project Director with 15+ years’ experience possessing solid commercial acumen with well-honed managerial capability. You will have an in-depth knowledge of pre-construction, construction and development within the commercial construction sector with extensive experience in all aspects of design and construction delivery. Other aspects to your skills include strong client and consultant liaison, design/problem solving, programming and planning, estimating, subcontractor management, training of project managers/other staff.

Your experience is ideally gained on significant retail or other large commercial projects of $100M+

The remuneration for this role is in the vicinity of $190K - $210K + vehicle
