We are seeking an exceptional Projects Coordinator with a good combination of planning, communications, and administrative support. You will be joining a government body based in Mt Eden on a temporary ongoing basis.

Your day-to-day duties will see you providing operational, financial, and administrative support to the infrastructure team. You will be responsible for producing monthly reports and quality checking all documentation, building key internal and external stakeholder relationships, coordinating meetings and preparing minutes and being the 'go-to' person for ensuring all office supplies are stocked when needed. This is a busy role that will have you on your toes.

To ensure you meet the brief, you will have previous experience in a similar role and a passion for Māori culture. You will need to be confident with MS Office, Excel data manipulation and reviewing/amending financial data.
