Job description

  • Project Coordinator/Administrator role within the public sector
  • $40-$45 p/h depending on experience
  • 5 month temporary assignment with potential to extend

We are looking for an experience project coordinator to join a busy team in the public sector.  We are looking for someone who has experience with project coordination, administration and with a strong interest in writing.  This role requires minutes, report writing and documentation management so someone with proven writing experience for a government project is preferred.

  • Previous experience in project work environments 
  • Minute taking experience
  • Report writing experience
  • Ability to update and manage all project documentation
  • A strong background in business administration support
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Experience with scheduling and risk management
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
