Job description

Our client in the Government sector is seeking an experienced Project Administrator / Coordinator who can start immediately! This is a 9 week assignment, to help out until the permanent employee comes on board!

Please note: this is a 9 week contract, at 30 hours a week. The ideal hours would be 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday, however this is open for negotiation.

What we need is a project coordinator who has:

  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills
  • Ability to put complex information into plain English speak
  • Some technical skill – or at least the ability to understand it and put it into plain English
  • Follow up on outcome progress
  • Agenda and setting up meetings
  • Taking minutes and getting them out with 48 hours
  • General admin for the exec and managers driving this initiative
  • A basic understanding of data management or the ability to pick it up quickly.
