Job description

Our client is seeking a Project Coordintor for an ASAP start till November 2019!

The responsibilities will include:

  • Point of contact for various internal and external working groups
  • Providing coordination support to project managers and project team leaders
  • Developing in-depth understanding of project scope (i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes) 
  • Understanding formal escalation and review processes
  • Assist with project planning, documentation and reporting requirements
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including administrative tasks
  • Facilitate efficient completion of project tasks with various working groups
  • Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Manage diary schedules and correspondence with external stakeholders
  • Prepare agendas and meeting minutes
  • Prepare monthly & quarterly reports
  • Work closely with the Communications Team to coordinate project communications
  • Administer appropriate payment of project related invoices in a timely manner
  • Any other duties as required

They require someone with the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a project coordination role
  • Proven strong organisational skills
  • Knowledge of project planning and project management processes
  • Knowledge of project management practices, tools and techniques is desirable
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proven ability to quickly establish and build strong working relationships
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to collaborate positively in a team environment
  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and security of information and data
  • A capacity to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Discretion and good judgement
  • Ability to use initiative
