Job description

Our client is in urgent need of an experienced Project Coordinator to engage on a 6 month contract.

You will work collaboratively with stakeholders and closely with the project team to provide:

  • coordination support to multiple project manager's
  • document management such as version control and archiving
  •  timely analysis of Microsoft Project Schedules and fast investigation of variances and escalation
  • timely project financials management including analysis and investigation of variances
  • timely preparation of reports and presentations to communicate risks, issues, financial status, schedule status etc
  • management of project registers including Risks, Issues, Change Control, Contracts, Decisions, Lessons Learned etc
  • coordination for project meetings, workshops presentations
  • timely project minutes including Action Points
  • communication memos, graphs and PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders as well as the project steering committee and other MoJ senior management
  • any services and deliverables reasonably requested by ICT Products and Services Delivery management

You will be capable in:

  • Creating and maintaining project schedules using MS Project
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and vendors
  • Managing project financials
  • Preparing reports and project documentation to a high standard
  • Updating risk and issue registers
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings
  • Providing secretariat support including minute taking
