Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Co-ordinator to start from 14th January 2019, through till the end of June 2019, with likely extension through to 2020.

Please note: Minimum Secret Vetting (SV) is required, or above. Documentation showing your current clearance needs to be provided.

You will have demonstrable experience in delivering outcomes in ICT-related projects. As well as:

  • Experience in complex projects and governance
  • Critical and analytical thinking
  • Business case development and writing
  • Meeting timeframes
  • Translate technical information into plain english
  • Ability to manager conflicting stakeholder requirements

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Build effective working relationships across projects
  • Develop project schedules
  • Project financials including reconciling travel, contractor costs etc against the project budget
  • Manage projects, including project schedules, risks and resourcing using Planview
  • Support the resource planning
  • Support and assist with stakeholder engagment, communications and workshops
  • Prepare project reporting using Planview
  • Assist with project meetings and prep of papers for governance meetings
