Job description

We're seeking experienced Project Coordinators for permanent opportunities within a large government organisation based in central Wellington. 

You'll be engaging on large, high profile and quick moving projects so prior knowledge and experience of NZ government would be extremely advantageous.  

Ideally we'd be seeking the following:  

  • Knowledge of PRINCE2 as a project management methodology 
  • Multi-project and/or Programme Management Office (PMO) environment experience  
  • Experience of working in an environment that requires a high level of discretion, sensitivity, and interpersonal interaction  
  • Able to prioritise, schedule work to meet deadlines and maintain the quality of services delivered 
  • Advanced communication skills (both oral and written format) appropriate to the target audience
  • Excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail
